The Tour Operator for the design and sale of trips "V element", created by MR.GARAUDEE and registered 881 847 859 by the Chamber  of Commerce and Companies dated February 24, 2020, legalizes the purchase of tourist services via the links on www.garaudee.com for an international clientele, spending €2,100/person for the purchase of a stay of less than a week, flights included.

The deduction of a commission of 10%, i.e. €219 on the sale of a Pack (Family, Business, Romantic) for a stay for 2 people of one week all inclusive with VAT is redistributed by customer loyalty by obtaining a Custom Relation Management (customer follow-up from their departure to their return) and payments for the opening of the customer file fees payable by Paypal by clicking on the link: Comission 219€. Or by transfer of funds from a bank account (considered that of the client) to the account of the creator of the Agency by entering the information of the RIB .

Any information relegated to this company is classified as confidential and can only be exposed to contractors if it is used for professional purposes protected by the CNIL (National Commission for Information and Liberties).

A financial guarantee will soon be acquired after validation of the RC Pro insurance (professional civil liability) so that our customers can either be reimbursed for all of their administrative costs: flight, accommodation and restaurant or be reunited in their countries by rebooking a flight ticket sent to their emergency mailbox -24H.

The hosting service for our digital resources provides us with the online platform through which we can offer our services to you. Your data may be stored through our hosting provider's data storage, databases and general applications. It stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall and it provides secure HTTPS access to most of its services.

If you enter into a contract with company AB within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of the booking from company XY, the travel service provided by companies XY and AB will constitute a package within the meaning of the Directive ( EU) 2015/2302 and article L.211-2 of the tourism code.
Therefore, you will benefit from all rights granted by the European Union applicable to packages. Company XY will be fully responsible for the proper execution of the package as a whole.
In addition, as required by law, XY Company has protection in place to refund your payments and, if transportation is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes insolvent.
